Put your wellbeing on the agenda as we explore practical ideas, methods and concepts to promote positive health and wellbeing for you, your families and those in your professional life.

You’ll hear from presenters sharing their own unique lived experiences and perspectives on wellbeing and how they navigate change and being human in challenging times.

Keynote speaker Saroo Brierley will talk about his incredible and inspiring life story, the basis for his book A Long Way Home and the Oscar-nominated Dev Patel film Lion.
